What's included?
Each plan includes two scheduled maintenance visits a year. At every visit we do a full system inspection, clean the coils, flush and treat the drain line, check the electrical parts and refrigerant charge, and give you an honest report on anything that needs attention. Residential plans are $220/year and commercial plans are $250/year. Each additional system at the same property is $180/year. Every new system we install comes with a complimentary maintenance plan.
