About

Meet Chris Sugg

Owner and lead technician of Only HVAC.

Only HVAC is owned and operated by Christopher Sugg. Raised right here in Southwest Florida, Chris has more than 15 years of hands-on HVAC experience and knows what our heat and humidity do to a system.

For about three and a half years, Chris taught HVAC at Lorenzo Walker Technical College in Naples, training the next generation of technicians. That same attention to doing it right shows up on every job.

As a family man, Chris built Only HVAC on honesty, hard work, and attention to detail. Whether it's a simple repair, a new installation, or routine maintenance, he treats every job like it's his own home.

Why we do it

Our Mission

“For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”
Ephesians 2:10

We write this verse on every system we install. It's a reminder of why we do this work and how we want to do it.

Serve our community. We treat every home in Naples and Southwest Florida like it's our neighbor's, because it is.
Build the future of HVAC. We're creating a workplace where the next generation of techs, including graduates of Lorenzo Walker Technical College, can learn the trade the right way and build real careers.
Be known for quality and honesty. We give you straight answers, fair prices and work we're proud to put our name on.
